All great athletes have coaches.

And, so do all great leaders.

Coaching is a way of putting yourself on the fast track to learning, expanding  your leadership skills and opening up possibilities to enrich your life.

It’s hard and lonely being a leader.  Not only do your employees look to you for direction, they are also constantly watching the signals you are sending.  Everything you do is noticed.  If you look preoccupied, employees tend to conclude that something is going on with the business, not just that you are having a bad day.  How you interact is setting the standard for what is OK or not OK. Every gesture takes on much more significance because of the power of your position.

Where do you find space to breathe, be you and stay centered around what matters to you personally, as a leader, and what is important to the success of the business?

Having a coach is having someone on your team: your own, personal ally and trusted advisor, whose only job is to be there for you and help you thrive in your role and in your life.

Working with your coach allows you to take time out to think about your business and how you want to lead and show up.  You get to play with and practice new behaviors and habits and learn new skills, ideas and ways of thinking about your business.  For some leaders, coaching takes you from being overwhelmed and struggling to being a thriving and inspirational leader who achieves results.

Uli helped guide my energies into embodying a true leader. This has benefited both me and my team. It has been rewarding to see the impact of sharing what I have learned with my direct reports. They are also achieving tangible positive results and professional growth. When I am told “you are the best boss I have ever had,” that’s very rewarding.

Be the leader you aspire to be.
Live up to your full potential.

I will be your greatest ally and sounding board.  I will challenge you to expand your experience of what is possible for you and your team. I am invested in your success – you are my top priority.

I valued having a trusted partner to help me see and work on my blind spots. I have become more aware of how I prepare, show up for and behave in every situation. And the team has grown to be one of the largest and most profitable operating groups in our company!
